This is our $4.00 and $10.00 generic program! and it
allows you to compete with the stores offering a similar programs!
Customers that you choose to offer this service to are placed in an in-store 3rd party program. When a prescription is filled for that customer, a claim is sent to our carrier and the drug is checked to see if it is on the list of more than 35,000 NDC #'s we have available.
If it is on the list a co pay is sent back of the price you should charge to meet the competition. If the drug, is not on the list your U/C is returned as the co pay.
We will provide you with a Startup Kit which includes;
1) Membership Cards for your customer's family with your pharmacy name. The sign up charge to your customer is only $10.00 per year. This charge is mandatory to create a membership. You may choose to offset this charge by giving the $10.00 purchase credit.
2) 50 customer sign up forms plus 50 customer membership cards.
3) A list of drugs in alpha order of the items on the list with quarterly updates.
4) Counter top sign advertising to program
5) Additional supplies order form.
Service cost. Quarterly advance payment charge of $150.00.
